來自丹麥首都哥本哈根的唱作男歌手 Christopher，早期翻唱其他歌手的歌曲，因擁有磁性的歌聲，以及亮眼的外型，而廣泛受到觀眾的注意。後來他亦推出多張個人專輯，筆者力推其中好聽作品包括〈My Heart〉、〈Irony〉、〈Bad〉等等。

近年 Christopher 逐漸將重心市場擴展至亞洲，開始與不同的亞洲歌手合作，包括與韓國女歌手請夏 (CHUNG HA) 合唱〈When I Get Old〉以及〈Bad Boy〉，去年與同樣來自韓國的李泳知 (Lee Young Ji) 合唱〈Trouble〉，亦屬極玩節奏的作品。

除了在螢光幕上極具魅力之外，Christopher 在舞台上的實力亦不容小覷，即使唱現場，亦能穩定發揮所擅長的中高音及假音，除了演繹情歌時情感豐沛，唱快歌亦展現極強的節奏感，自彈自唱結他和鋼琴也難他不倒，用歌聲帶領著琴聲更展現他嗓音的力量，最重要的是，他還懂得創作，最近又再推出另一首佳作〈Lose A You〉，可謂歐洲音樂圈中其中一位擁有「full package」歌手的完美典範。

值得一提的是，他曾經於 Netflix 電影《A Beautiful Life》中飾演一位漁夫，因其音樂才華而被唱片公司發掘，亦因而結識劇中的女友，有一天劇中的女友告知已懷有自己的小孩，故事的結局他寫下了一首詞美曲悠的歌並獻給自己的小孩。電影與現實生活中的 Christopher，有異曲同工之妙，他在現實生活中也是一位寵愛小孩的爸爸。他曾經分享過，其實在收到邀請演出電影之前，他已寫好同名主題曲〈A Beautiful Life〉，而歌曲正是受到他的妻子和小孩的啟發。

A: Is “Lose A You” a bitter & sweet song? What emotions were you going through while writing this song?

新歌〈Lose A You〉是一首苦甜參半的歌曲嗎？你在寫這首歌的時候，正在經歷甚麼情緒？

C: I totally agree with you. It could be both. No matter how you put it, it’s a bitter & sweet song. I wrote it really missing my family. I was on the road. I was in Nashville at the time when I wrote it. I’ve been gone for over a year at that time, so I was feeling like “Okay, I probably can’t push it that much anymore.” And the thought of losing the people that I love the most which was just unbearable, so it came from a place of being afraid of losing someone, the one that you love the most. The whole song was written around that line, that said “it’s way worse to lose a you than to lose a me” meaning that there’s plenty like me, but it would be devastating to lose someone like you because there’s only one you. That was the story behind it.

我完全同意你的說法，這都是一首苦甜參半的歌。我寫這首歌的時候，很想念我的家人。我當時在各地巡迴的路上，身處美國的納許維爾，我已離家了超過一年的時間，這導致我思考：「我應該不能再把自己逼到這種程度！」只要一想到可能失去我最愛的人，我就不能承受，所以寫這首歌的情緒來自於很害怕失去那個你最愛的人，整首歌不斷重複著的歌詞是 “it’s way worse to lose a you than to lose a me”，意思是，像我這樣的人這世上有很多，但失去「妳」會令我崩潰，因為這世上只有一個「妳」，背後的故事就是這樣。

A: You travel around the world and go on tour a lot, which city inspires you the most to write music?

哪個城市最能啟發你創造音樂？

C: I guess that’s Copenhagen, where I live. I think you just have to live your life and experience a lot of things, to sit down and write music, to experience the most of my life and live my life. Copenhagen is where I was born and raised, so that would always somehow be my source of inspiration. But it really inspired me to go to both South America & the State, and Asia. And travel to be on my world tour. It’s my first world tour. Just got to get a lot of impressions that I came home feeling very inspired seeing all these different culture, eating all these different food, meeting all these different people. So definitely, nothing’s more inspiring than travelling and seeing other places, but I probably draw most of my attention or inspiration from Denmark and Copenhagen.

我猜是我居住的地方 — 哥本哈根。我認為你需要去過你的人生、感受很多事物、好好坐下來寫音樂、盡情感受生活、以自己的方式去過活。哥本哈根是我出生和成長的地方，所以它永遠會是我靈感的泉源，但是到訪美洲和亞洲、穿州過省進行我的巡迴演唱也非常能啟發我。這是我第一個世界巡迴演唱，令我留下很多美好印象，我見識過不同的文化、吃過不同的食物、見過不同地方的人，我可以肯定地說，沒有事物能比旅行更有啟發性了！但是最能啟發我的地方應該始終是丹麥，尤其是哥本哈根。

Christopher 認為到各地巡迴演出對於他創作音樂十分有啟發性。

Christopher 分享道這次是首次帶「full band」來港演出。

A: Going on tour and leaving your family must be hard, is there any sentimental item you carry with you while travelling so that you can look at it when you miss your family?

你會隨身攜帶一些小物件令你惦記著家人嗎？

C: I mean I have thousands of pictures and videos on my phone, and that’s probably what I tend to look at, and what I throw back to every time I’m on tour. I start scrolling and watching all these videos of my life, of my kids, of my wife, and so on. Those videos are just priceless to me.

我有成千上萬的照片和影片存在我的手機裏，我每次巡迴演出的時候就會回放，看著影片裏重溫我的生活、小孩、妻子等等，那些影片對於我來說是無價的！

A: Family is a vital part in your life. What’s your secret to be so connected with your family even you’re away from home a lot?

你維繫家庭關係的秘訣是甚麼？

C: Haha! I mean I am no expert in being a family man but I got two small kids, the youngest one is one, and the oldest one is three, so it’s very new to me as well. But I’ve always loved kids. I always knew that my wife, the one I married is the one I want to start a family with. I never regrated that one moment. The tough thing about it is being away and stay connected. When I’m home, I just feel instantly connected, so that’s not the problem. The problem is how to travel to the other side of the world and somehow stay connected. And I am still trying to figure that part out. But definitely, when you’re home, it’s about putting down the phone and just being present, being in the moment, being there with them, playing with them, looking at them in the eyes and so on. So I think it’s all about being present.

C: 哈哈！我並不是當「居家男人」方面的專家，但是我有兩個小孩，最年幼的只有 1 歲，大女兒 3 歲，所以這對於我來說也是很新的體驗。我一直都很愛小孩，我一直都知道我的妻子是我希望共同組織家庭的對象，我從來沒有後悔過， 最難的部份是⋯⋯ 人不在，但心仍緊密連繫。當我在家的時候，我馬上便和家人連結了，問題是當我飛到了地球的另一邊，如何還保持緊密連繫著，我還在努力想辦法中。但我肯定的是，當你人在家，便要放下手機，人和靈魂都要在場，樂在其中，人和心都和家人在一起，一起玩耍，看著她們的眼睛，所以我覺得關鍵在於陪伴，那對於我和她們的連結是很重要的。

A: I’ve been watching your wife singing for years on your Instagram. Does she love singing just like you do? Are you planning to teach your daughters to play guitar?

常看見你和妻子一起唱歌的影片，她也很愛唱歌嗎？你會教兩位女兒彈結他嗎？

C: Yes, both guitar and piano. There’s instrument all over the house. Especially the young one, the little one, she seems like very into music. She’s always been dancing. Since she could stand up, she’s been shaking the diaper, so I got huge expectation on her. If they show interest, I am not gonna push them, obviously. It has to come from some genuine interest.

是的，結他和鋼琴我都會教。我們家中擺滿了不同樂器，尤其是小女兒，她似乎對音樂特別有興趣，她經常在跳舞，由她學會站立開始，就穿著紙尿褲在跳舞了，我對她有很大期望呢！當然她們有興趣的話很好，但我不會強逼她們，這需要是發自她們內心真正的渴望和興趣。
